Botany Unit 4: practical aim
Study swelling and mass increase of dry seeds/raisins due to imbibition. The 3D lab gives a realistic apparatus view, guided steps, calibrated controls and a student observation table so the practical can be rehearsed before the school lab.
How to use the virtual practical
Use the compact controls to change specimen, concentration, field, time or instrument setting. Press Next step to follow the method. Observation and result
Record the observation under “Imbibition data”, include units where applicable, and write the conclusion with a reason. In microscopy practicals, count multiple fields; in physiological and biochemical practicals, compare the experimental tube with a control.
